摘要
改革开放以来 ,民营经济发展迅速 ,尤其民营企业迅速崛起。但诸多因素的制约 ,造成了民营经济的瓶颈式发展。通过对企业经营者、资金、管理、技术、人才、企业文化、多元化等方面的研究分析 ,指出面对国际化的大市场 ,民营企业要发展 ,就必须进行体制改革 ,创建新型管理制度 ;同时要整合资源 ,提高资本运营能力 ,扩大经营产业向多元化方向发展 ,并实行跨国经营 ,走向国际市场 ,实现资本运作全球化。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, non-public economy is developed very fast, especially non-public enterprises. Because of many restricted factors, non-public economy has many bottlenecks in its development. First, many barriers such as managers、 funds、 management technology、 talented、 people、 enterpris、 culture and diversified economy are analyzed. Then, it is put forward that non-public enterprises can not be developped unless they reform their system and create new management regulations. At the same time, they are also needed to reorganize resources, improve the ability of capital utilizing, enlarge the scale of enterprises and carry out transnational management facing up with the trend of international market.
