摘要
介绍了本安防爆原理和冶金本安仪表系统的组成 ,着重阐述了在设计本安仪表系统过程中 ,正确选配现场仪表和安全栅、选择连接电缆及系统阻抗匹配 ,可靠的接地和抗干扰措施。通过某冶金厂工程实例 ,重点分析了采用“参量认证”法评定系统的安全性 ,以及根据系统中的阻抗是否匹配来验证此本安回路是否能正常工作。
The explosion proof principle and the composition of intrinsic safety instrument system in the metallurgical enterprise were introduced. The emphases on designing of the system were described,including the correct matching of the instrument on site and the safety barrier,the selecting of the control cable and the impedance matching for the system,and the solution measures of reliable grounding and anti_jamming. The system safety evaluated by the parameter approval method was analyzed in detail with a project example.The normal operation of the safety intrinsic loop could be verified by weather the system impedance was matched or not.
