法兰盘专用JGF260钢板的研制

Development of JGF 260 Steel Plate for Flange

为优化出口产品结构,济钢研制开发了法兰盘专用JGF260钢板。通过采用冶炼纯净钢生产控制技术、根据钢板不同厚度精确控制钢的熔炼成分和分规格控制轧制等工艺和技术措施,消除了有害杂质元素影响,夹杂物总级别低于5级、晶粒度在9级以上,保证了钢板的力学性能、表面质量。经进一步完善生产工艺,钢板的生产量达4万t以上,全部满足了用户的要求。

In order to optimize the production structure for export, the JGF 260 steel plate for flange was developed by Jinan iron and steel group. Through adopting effective process and technical measures consisted of utilizing control technique for purification steel production, strictly controlling smelting composition of liquid steel and strictly controlling rolling steel process according to different thickness of rolled plate, the influence of harmful impurity is eliminated, general class of inclusion is lower than 5 class, grain size is higher than 9 class, the mechanical property and surface quality of steel plate can be ensured. Now, the steel plate of more than 0.04 million ton has been produced by Jinan iron and steel group and it can meet the needs of customer.
