拦焦车轨道基础改造

分析认为拦焦车轨道运行状况较差的原因是拦焦车轨道轨距较大,炉区轨道基础工字钢梁处于浮动状态,极易因轨距进一步扩大而威胁车体平稳运行甚至造成拦焦车脱轨。提出从轨道基础开始,加固轨道基础,稳定轨道基础梁距,重新调整轨道间距、直线度,用螺杆联结轨道使之成一整体,增加轨道的刚性。从而保证了轨道受载时拦焦车运行平稳、可靠。

Because of having big gap between rails and situating floating status of I-beam girder of rail foundation at production area of coke oven the unstability operation or off the rail could be easy happening. For ensuring stable and reliable run of coke barrier vehicle, some measures included reinforcing rail foundation, fixing interval of foundation I-beam girder, readjusting interval of rails and linearity, connecting rails into whole body by the screw, increasing the rigidity of rail, etc, have put forward.
