利用赤泥作为主要原料之一,加入石灰、膨润土、外加剂等材料,在合理的配比及工艺条件下,采用动态法生产工艺研制开发了赤泥微孔硅酸钙保温材料。产品性能分析表明:保温材料制品符合GB/T10699—1998,年经济效益可达118万元,并具有显著的环境效益。

Red mud microporous calcium silicate thermal insulation material was developed by means of red mud as one of main material with dynamic method. The product property analysis has proved that the thermal insulation material product accorded with national standard, which is used of red mud, lime, bentonite and additional agent as material, can be produced on the basis of reasonable formulation and technology. The profit can be up to 1.18 millions yuan RMB a year and obvious environmental profit can be achieved.
