摘要
利用金相观察、大样电解、扫描电镜和光谱分析等方法对直结晶器弧形连铸机板坯夹杂物种类、形状、尺寸及分布等进行研究。研究表明,板坯中非金属夹杂物包括脱氧产物、硫化物、硫化物与脱氧产物形成的复合夹杂以及少量的由外来夹杂物和脱氧产物形成的复合夹杂物,以球状硅酸盐夹杂为主,在结晶器内大于280μm的夹杂物能够去除,而直径在50～280μm之间的夹杂物没能有效去除。
With the help of metallograghy microscope, big sample electrolysis, SEM and spectral analysis, slab inclusion type, shape, dimension and distribution of vertical-mold arc caster have been studied. The results show that: 1) Slab inclusions include deoxidation product, sulphide, complex inclusions composed of sulphide and deoxidation product; 2) Complex inclusions composed of some adventitious inclusions and deoxidation product, furthermore main inclusions are spherical inclusions; 3)Inclusions of diameter greater than 280μm can be got rid of in the mould, but inclusions of diameter between 50～280μm can not be got rid of effectively.
