摘要
试验分析了高铬铸铁样品中锰的测定误差产生的主要原因。结果表明,铬元素对分析误差没有影响,溶样情况对分析误差有较大影响;指出样品的溶解难易与样品的金相组织结构有一定的关系,采用硝酸溶解碳化物、盐酸挥铬溶解碳化物以及回收残渣的方法可降低分析误差,提高样品测定的准确度。
The primary reason why error arises in analyzing element Mn in high-Cr cast iron is found by experiments. The result indicates that element Cr has no influence to the analysis of element Mn but the complexion that the sample is dissolved has serious influence to error of analysis of Mn. At the same time a conclusion is drawn that the dissolution of sample is probably related to its metallographic microstructures. Several methods are advanced to reduce error and increase accuracy.
