Recovering Converter Gas Without Gas Tank

针对转炉煤气回收系统改造期间煤气平衡困难的现状,在分析了原回收系统中气柜作用的基础上,提出了无气柜回收方式。通过增加PLC控制系统及用于控制压力上限的放散管等少量必要设施并充分利用现有设施,确定了压力上、下限等相关技术参数,解决了安全问题,实现了转炉煤气的无气柜方式回收。

Pointing to gas difficult balance in the reforming period of converter gas recovering system and on the basis of analyzing the action of gas tank in original gas recovering system the recovery without recovering tank was put forward. Through adding a little of equipment consisted of PLC control system, release pipe for controlling upper-limit pressure, etc, and defining relative technical parameters the safe problem was solved and the recovering converter gas without gas tank was achieved.
