压裂缝清洗酸体系在松滋油田的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对松滋油田鄂深 10井压裂施工大量前置液滞留地层 ,造成裂缝伤害的具体情况 ,设计了一套清洗酸液体系。在室内设计出模拟鄂深 10井裂缝伤害过程的环流实验流程和实验方法 ,这套方法能模拟压裂液由地面进入地层的动态过程 ,能模拟压裂液不彻底破胶或压裂液残渣残留对裂缝造成的伤害。通过环流实验 ,证实所设计的清洗酸液体系能有效分解瓜胶残渣 ,解除裂缝堵塞。根据鄂深 10井地层伤害特点 ,在施工工艺设计上采用大剂量、大排量的裂缝清洗剂 ,跟进较高浓度盐酸 ,达到清洗裂缝和改善近缝地层的渗透性的目的。施工结果表明 ,通过裂缝清洗和酸化改造 。 Aiming to the situation of large number of the ahead fluid left in the reservoir and the fracture damage caused by fracturing treatment in Well ES 10 of Songzi oil field,a cleaning acid system has been developed. The in-house loop experimental procedure and experimental method to simulate the fracture damage process of Well ES 10 has been made. The method can simulate the dynamic flowing process of fracturing fluid leaking into the reservoir and the fracture damage due to uncompleted decomposition of fracturing pad or residue of fracturing fluid. With the loop experiment,it is proved that the cleaning acid system can effectively decompose the residue of gel and eliminate fracture plugging. According to the characteristics of reservoir damage in Well ES 10,the high concentration and high injection rate of the fracture cleaning acid was applied,followed by high concentration of HCL to clean the fractures and improve the permeability of the formation near the fractures. The results show that with the fracture cleaning and acidizing,the productivity of the well has been greatly improved.
