典型化工过程灾害性事故的模拟分析系统 被引量:4

摘要 火灾、爆炸和有毒有害物质泄漏是化学工业和石油化学工业生产中的重大灾害性事故。化工生产和储运过程涉及到大量易燃易爆、有毒有害物质 ,一旦物质或能量的正常运行状态遭到破坏 ,发生火灾、爆炸或泄漏 ,便会导致灾难性的后果。因此 ,加强化工过程灾害性事故的预防与控制对于安全生产具有重要的意义。事故后果模拟分析是进行灾害防治的基础 ,模拟分析的结果能够给化工企业防灾救灾和安全设计提供重要参考。为此围绕典型化工过程 ,建立了化工过程灾害模拟分析的事故模型和数学模型 ,在此基础上 ,结合面向对象技术、数据库技术和人工智能技术研究开发了典型化工过程灾害性事故模拟分析系统。该模拟分析系统能够动态模拟危险介质泄漏扩散、火灾、爆炸灾害过程 ,并根据灾害类型和危险介质的特性分析模拟计算结果 ,划定灾害事故影响区域 ,还可以根据灾害模拟分析模型精确计算各种参数 ,如危险介质泄漏扩散后随时间在空间的浓度分布。 Fire,explosion and release of toxic materials are major hazardous accidents in chemical and petroleum-chemical industries. In the process of chemical production and storage,a great deal of flammable,explosive and hazardous materials is covered. Once these substances are released into air,fire,explosion and poisoning accidents often happen which can result in severe consequence. So strengthening the prediction and control of such hazardous accidents has major significance for safety production. The simulation analysis of accident consequence is the basis of prediction and control of such accidents. The simulating results can provide valuable data for disasters prevention and safety design. So,with typical chemical processes,the accidents models and mathematical models are established for the simulating analysis of chemical hazards. Based on it,combining Object-Oriented Program (OOP),Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Database Technology,the simulating analysis system for hazardous accidents of typical chemical processes is developed. The simulating analysis system can simulate the process of hazardous accidents of toxic material releasing,fire and explosion,analyze the simulating results by the hazard type and the media characteristics,and plot out the harmful area. It can also calculate the concentration of released substance and radiation flux of fire and explosion overpressure.
