Modification of steam supply system for semi-steel radial tire curing

在原有供汽系统等压运行条件下,通过合理改造,加装减温减压装置,将原系统分为内胎锅炉房高压供汽系统和老锅炉房低压供汽系统,以满足半钢子午胎对高压蒸汽的需求,达到缩短硫化时间,提高生产能力的目的。

Based on the original steam supply system under the condition of constant pressure, havingthe original system modified and installed some temperature/pressure reducing devices to divide thesystem into high pressure steam supply system of inner tube boiler house and low pressure steam supplysystem of old boiler house, to meet the requirement of high pressure steam for the semi-steel radial tireand reach to short the curing time and increase the ability of production.
