糠醛-糠醛酸-水体系中6种材料耐蚀性能

摘要 采用电化学测试技术研究了碳钢、1Cr13、30 4不锈钢、Cr5Mo、0 8Cr2AlMo和 0 8CrCuAlMoTi这 6种材料在糠醛 糠醛酸 水体系中的腐蚀行为。结果表明 ,在糠醛中添加 5 0~ 80ml氧化剂双氧水时 ,30 4不锈钢耐蚀性能最佳 ,1Cr13和碳钢的腐蚀较为严重 ,而Cr5Mo、0 8Cr2AlMo和 0 8CrCuAlMoTi的耐蚀性能介于其中。扫描电镜观察发现 ,碳钢发生全面腐蚀 ,1Cr13发生晶间腐蚀。电子能谱分析和电子探针测试表明 ,碳钢的腐蚀产物主要是FeO ,1Cr13的腐蚀产物主要是FeO和Cr2 O3。缓蚀剂乙醇胺在糠醛体系中对 6种材料都有缓蚀效果。 The corrosion behaviors of carbon steel, 1Cr13 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, Cr5Mo, 08Cr2AlMo and 08CrCuAlMoTi alloys in furfural system are studied by electrochemical techniques. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel is the best, while that of 1Cr13 stainless steel and carbon steel are the worst among these materials. The form of corrosion are observed by SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy). Carbon steel occurs general corrosion, 1Cr13 stainless steel is intergranular corrosion, while the surface of 304 stainless steel seems no change. The analysises of EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector) and EMPA (Electronic Microscopy Probe Analysis) indicate that the main corrosion product of carbon steel is FeO, and that of 1Cr13 stainless steel is FeO and Cr_2O_3. The inhibitor, ethanolamine, has effect on all the samples.
