摘要
通过对一失效的下集气锥形管的金相宏微观检查、Manson Haferd参数估算锥形接管的持久寿命以及热应力的计算 ,发现锥形接管的失效原因主要是由温差应力所导致。在工业生产中 ,对长期服役的高温设备应充分注意保温措施的有效性 ,防止非正常温差应力的产生。
Through the chemical composition analysis, metallographical observation, Manson-Haferd parameter extrapolation and thermal-stress calculation, it is found that the failure of conic nozzle was caused mainly by the thermal stress. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the effectiveness of the insulation of high temperature equipment for long term service in order to prevent accidental thermal stress.
