中孔纳米二氧化钛的制备及其特性 被引量:6

摘要 采用新的溶胶 -凝胶法制备具有较高热稳定性的中孔纳米TiO2 粉体 ,并通过TEM、XRD、TG DTA、FTIR等对胶体及粉体进行表征 ,研究煅烧温度及胶体老化时间等因素对材料物性的影响。结果表明 ,纳米二氧化钛在不同的煅烧温度下具有 4种不同的晶型 (无定型、锐钛矿、锐钛与金红石型共存、金红石型 ) ,所得中孔纳米TiO2 粉体具有单一均匀的网络状形态 ,孔径在 3~ 4nm间 ,升温至 5 0 0℃时保持 1h孔结构不变。最佳的工艺条件为老化时间 2 4h ,煅烧温度 40 0℃。 The mesoporous TiO 2 with high heat stability is synthesized by a novel sol-gel process. The colloid and the powder are characterized by means of TEM, XRD, TG-DTA and FTIR. The effects of calcination temperature and aging time on the properties of the material are systematically investigated. The results show that nanocrystalline TiO 2 has four crystal phases(amorphous, anatase, anatase-rutile, rutile) at different calcination temperature. The nanoparticle mesoporous TiO 2 is of uniform and very fine network texture with the pore size of 3~4nm. And the mesoporous structure can be maintained after heat treatment at 500℃ for 1h. The optimal preparation condition for the high specific surface area product is 2 days aging and 400℃ calcination.
