摘要 使用中等嗜热菌S .t浸出镍黄铁矿单矿物。结果表明 ,在酸性溶液中 ,镍黄铁矿自发氧化分解 ,8d镍浸出率仅12 48% ,加入细菌 ,镍浸出率达 44 41% ,添加酵母提取物后镍浸出率提高到 63 67%。S .t浸出镍黄铁矿单矿物最适 pH值 2 0左右 ,接种量以 5 %~ 10 %为宜 ,酵母提取物最适添加量为 0 0 2 %。 The leaching process of the pure pentlandite with Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans, a moderate thermophile, is investigated. The result shows that the nickel leaching rate by pentlandite spontaneously decomposition in acid medium for 8d is only 12.48%, but for bacteria leaching it is up to 44.41%, furthermore as high as 63.67% with the addition of the yeast extract. The optimal condition for pure pentlandite leaching with S.t is pH 2.0, 10% inoculation amount and 0.02% yeast extract.
