摘要
研究某硫酸钴溶液漂水析钴的工艺条件并应用于生产实践。结果表明 ,在氯碱比 5 0~ 5 5 g/L∶3 7~ 40g/L ,始温 3 5~40℃ ,终温不超过 60℃ ,始点pH 1 5~ 2 0 ,终点pH 2 5 ,漂水加入速度为 3 0L/min的条件下 ,含杂硫酸钴溶液漂水析钴 ,所获粗氢氧化钴含钴 >43 % ,锌、锰、铜、镍、铁、砷等杂质含量较低 ,母液含钴 <0 0 6g/L ,钴收率 >98%。
The parameters for cobalt deposition from sulfate solution with chlorinated lime solution is investigated and applied to production. The optimal condition for cobalt deposition is 50~55g/L∶37~40g/L ratio of alkali to chloride, initial temperature 35~40℃,finial temperature 60℃,starting pH 1.5~2.0,ending pH 2.5, addition rate of chlorinated lime solution 30L/min. By the optimal condition, the cobalt content in crude cobalt hydroxide deposited from impure cobalt sulfate solution with chlorinated lime solution is higher than 43%, and the contents of the impurities, such as zinc, manganese, copper, nickel, ferrous and arsenic, are relatively low, the cobalt content in mother solution is less than 0.06g/L, the direct recovery of the cobalt is higher than 98%.
