摘要
对比金城金矿东季矿充填系统改造前后的状况 ,介绍主要改造措施和效果。采用高压风流态化造浆技术替代水造浆 ,新的充填系统可对尾砂的粒级进行控制 ,提高了充填料浆的浓度和流量 ,因而胶结体强度高、脱水少、跑浆少、水泥浪费少、井下排水费用低、采充循环周期短 ,提高了生产效率 ,经济效益较好。
The status of filling system in Dongji Deposit of Jincheng Gold Mine for pre-and post-improvement are introduced, and the main measures adopted in improving and the results are described. By use of the improved filling system with substitution of blast slurrying for water slurrying, the particle size distribution of the tailings is controllable, the solid content in slurry and the filling rate are increased, therefore the results of high strength of filling body, small dewatering quantity, few cement waste, low underground water discharge fee, short mining and filling period are achieved. After improvement, the mining production efficiency is increased, and the economical benefit is better than before.
