摘要
研究用N -( 3 -二乙基氨丙基 ) -脂肪酸酰胺浮选一水硬铝石。矿浆Zeta电位测定表明 ,一水硬铝石矿浆的等电点(IEP)约为 6 2 ,在等电点附近一水硬铝石的回收率最高 ,达 99 8%以上。碱性条件下 ,一水硬铝石的回收率急剧下降。增加N -( 3 -二乙基氨丙基 ) -脂肪酸酰胺的用量 ,可有效地提高一水硬铝石的回收率。N -( 3 -二乙基氨丙基 ) -脂肪酸酰胺主要通过静电力和氢键的方式吸附在矿粒表面。
The flotation behaviour of diaspore by using N-(3-diethylaminopropyl)-fatty amide as a collector is investigated. From the Zeta potential determination, the isoelectric point (IEP) of diaspore pulp is obout 6.2, and the maximum recovery of diaspore, over 99.8% is achieved near the isoelectric point. In the alkaline region, there is a marked drop in the recovery of diaspore. The recovery of diaspore is effectively increased with the increase of the clloctor dosage. The adsorption of the N-(3-diethylaminopropyl)-fatty amide on diaspore surface is mainly by means of electrostatic force and hydrogen bond.
