摘要
目的 :研究炒紫苏子醇提取物对衰老小鼠智力的影响。方法 :将 10 0只 15月龄的老年小鼠与 2 0只 2 5日龄的青年小鼠随机分 6组 :青年组 ,老年衰老模型组 ,炒紫苏子醇提物 2 6 8mg/kg、134mg/kg、6 7mg/kg剂量组 ,脑复康组每组雌、雄各 10只。灌胃 2 1d后各组用Y -迷宫和跳台法对大鼠的学习记忆能力进行测定。结果 :炒紫苏子醇提物 3剂量组智力明显优于老年模型对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,智力与脑复康对照组接近 ,不同剂量组间有明显的剂量效应关系。结论
Objective:To study the effect of roasted perilla seed alcohol extract on the intelligence of ageing mice.Methods:15-month-old mice and 25-day-old young mice were divided into groups as follows:young control,alcohol extract groups:(268mg/kg,134mg/kg,67mg/kg doses),Naofukang positive control.Each mouse was fed with EtOH ext.of roasted perilla seed and Naofukang 21 times(one time each day).The intelligence was detected by 'Y' Maze and Step Down Test. Results:The intelligence level in young control was the highest,while the aged control was the lowest among all the tested groups.Naofukang group as positive control,promoted significantly the ability of memory.The different doses of alcohol extract from roasted perilla seed,same as Naofukang group,could promote significantly the intelligence of mice,and there was a obviously good dose-effect relationship.Conclusion:The alcohol extract of roasted perilla seed could promote intelligence of aged mouse.
