摘要
研究BZn15 2 0锌白铜带材再次回复退火处理工艺。结果表明 ,退火温度在 42 3℃或 43 0℃或 43 8℃ ,退火后 ,带材抗拉强度不变。在 410~ 42 3℃或 43 8~ 45 0℃之间退火 ,带材抗拉强度增大。在 42 3~ 43 0℃或 43 0~ 43 8℃之间 ,退火后 ,带材抗拉强度降低。生产实践证实 ,BZn15 2 0锌白铜带材再次回复退火工作曲线能有效指导生产。
The return annealing process of BZn15-20 copper-nickel-zinc alloy strip is investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of the strip after treatment is fixed at annealing temperatures of 423, 430 or 438℃, increased in the ranges of 410~423℃ or 438~450℃, and decreased in 423~430 or 430~438℃. It is proven by the production practice that the work curve of the reheating return annealing of BZn15-20 copper-nickel-zinc alloy strip is effective in directive function on production.
