摘要 以 (NH2 ) 2 CO为沉淀剂 ,在SDS模板剂结构导向下 ,采用均匀沉淀法制备出纳米结构的氧化钇催化材料。反应时间小于 3 6h ,生成晶体相较好的钇羟基氧化物球形纳米颗粒。反应时间大于 48h ,生成准晶态的氧化钇纳米线、丝 ,直径 2~ 5nm ,长度 3 0~ 10 0nm。 60 0℃焙烧后 ,准晶态的氧化钇纳线转化成直径 10~ 15nm ,长度 3 0~ 5 0nm纳米棒氧化钇 ,晶体趋于完整。样品的比表面积为 14 8 69m2 /g ,孔径为 13 15nm ,样品具备了催化剂所要求的较强内比表面积和较好的纳米结构。所得氧化纳米棒直径与SDS胶束理论结构计算相吻合。 The nanostructure yttrium-oxide-based surfactant mesophases templated by anionic surfactant assemblies is synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method with urea. While the reaction time is less than 36h, the spherical yttrium oxide is precipitated. If the process is longer than 48h, the quasiperiodic crystaliine yttrium oxide in thread shape with the mean particle size of diameter 2~5nm and length 30~100nm is obtained. TEM photos indicate that the sample is integrity crystalline with the mean particle size of 10~50nm and length 30~50nm after calcine at 600℃. BET data show that the specific surface area of the sample is 148.69 m 2·g -1 and the pore size is 13.15nm. As catalyst, the sample has better inner specific surface area and nanostructure. It is consonant of the diameter of the rhabditiform yttrium oxide with the prediction of micella structure model.
