摘要
目的 :探讨血栓通注射液并血栓通胶囊治疗玻璃体积血的临床疗效和作用机理。方法 :将玻璃体积血 91例分成治疗组和尿激酶组 ,并同时观察其疗效。并测定两组病人治疗前后血液流变学变化。结果 :两组病人的症状、体征均有明显的改善 ,血栓通治疗组总有效为 94 3% ,痊愈率 5 0 0 % ;与尿激酶治疗组比较 ,P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5。治疗组血液流变学指标较疗前明显改善 ,作用优于对照组。结论 :血栓通注射液并用血栓通胶囊能促进玻璃体积血的吸收 ,疗效确切 。
Objective:To discuss the curative effect and its mechanism of vitreous hemorrhage treated with xueshuantong injection and capsule.Methods:91 cases were devided into two groups,the treatmental group was given xueshuantong injection and capsule,the control group was given urokinase.Blood rheology indexes were determined before and after treatment. Results:The effective rate and cure rate were significantly higher than that of control (P<0.05,P<0.01).the improvement of symptoms and signs in treatment group were more obvious than that of control.xueshantong could improve the blood rheology indexes significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Xueshuantong could promote the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage,its effect was definite.
