摘要
目的 :介绍三唑类抗真菌药的进展和临床应用评价。方法 :通过查阅国内、外近期有关文献进行评述。结果与结论 :近年来 ,三唑类抗真菌药进展十分迅速 ,其抗菌谱广 ,杀菌活性强大 ,成为目前有关抗真菌药研究和开发的重要领域之一。
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the aspect of clinical evaluation and progress on triazole antifungal agent. METHODS:To collecte medical literatures in recent years at home and abroad. RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Advance in triazole antifungal agent has been swiftly in recent years,it has a broad antibacterial spectrum against fungi, antibacterial activity is stronger.It has now become an important field of antifungal research and exploitation.
