摘要
目的 :观察奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙 (CF)和 5 -氟尿嘧啶 (5 -Fu)治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效。方法 :将肿瘤科既往 4 5例晚期大肠癌患者分为两组 :以应用奥沙利铂组为治疗组 ,2 7例 ;以应用顺铂组为对照组 ,1 8例。结果 :治疗组 2 7例中可评价疗效者 2 5例 ,占 92 6 % ,其中完至有效 (CR) 2例 (8 0 % ) ,部分有效 (PR) 9例 (36 0 % ) ,稳定 (SD) 1 0例 (4 0 0 % ) ,进展 (PD) 4例 (1 6 0 % ) ,总有效率 (ORR)为 4 4 0 % (1 1 / 2 5 ) ;对照组 1 8例中可评价疗效者 1 6例 ,占 88 9% ,其中完全有效 1例 (6 3% ) ,部分有效 4例 (2 5 0 % ) ,稳定 7例 (4 3 8% ) ,进展 4例 (2 5 0 % ) ,总有效率为 31 3%。差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论
OBJECTIVE:To observe therapetuic effect of oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate (CF) and 5-fluoro- pyrimidinedione (5-Fu) on late colon carcinoma. METHODS: 45 cases with late colon carcinoma were divided into two groups of those, 27 casese were in treatment group by the use of oxaliplatin; 18 cases were in control group by the use of cisplation. RESULTS: 25 of 27 cases in treatment group could be evaluated, accounted for 92 6%. Among them, 2 cases were in complete response (CR) (8 0%);9 cases were in partial response (PR)(36 0%);10 cases were stable (40 0%);4 cases were in progress (PD) (16 0%);Total efficiency rate was 44 0%(11/25)。 16 of 18 cases in control group could be evaluated, accounted for 88 9%. Of those, 1 case was in complete response (6 3%);4 cases were in partial response (25 0%);7 cases were stable (43 8%);4 cases were in progress (25 0%);Total efficiency rate was 31 3%. The difference was great ( P <0 05). CONCLUSION: oxaliplatin is the new efficient drug for late colon carcinoma.
