应用抗生素、激素致小儿鹅口疮11例的情况分析

11 Pediatric Patients with Mycotic Stomatitis Caused by the Usage of Antibiotics and Hormone

目的 :了解我院住院部 2 0 0 3年 9月～ 1 0月 1 1例小儿患者应用抗生素、激素并发院感鹅口疮的情况。方法 :对院感鹅口疮患者的病例进行药历分析 ,对年龄、性别、疾病名称 ,抗生素、激素用法用量、疗程进行统计。结果 :1 1例患者抗生素的应用率为1 0 0 % ,抗生素加激素占 6 4 %。结论 :患者抗生素、激素应用的种类、用法、用量、疗程均在正常范围内 ,但抗生素的不良反应、联合用药情况及激素的使用等与鹅口疮的感染有密切关系 ,临床医师应提高警惕 ,予以重视。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate 11 pediatric patients with mycotic stomatitis caused by using antibiotics and hormone in inpatient dept. during Sept to Oct,2003 METHODS: To analyze case records and add up their ages,sex, names of the diseases, the usage and dosage of antibiotics and hormone and the course of treatment of 11 patients with mycotic stomatitis. RESULTS: Applicational rate of antibiotics in 11 patients was 100%; the rate of antibiotics combined with hormone was 64%. CONCLUSION: The variety, the usage and dosage and the course of treatment of antibiotics and hormone are all within normal limits, but adverse reaction of antibiotics, combined drug usage and hormone usage have close relationship with infection of mycotic stomatitis. The clinicians should be vigilant and pay more attention to it.
