According to Jiang Zemin's basic thinking of realiz ing people's all-ro und development we should carry out the requirements of the 'Three Represents' a nd try hard to build four socialist civilizations: material, spiritual, politica l and ecological civilizations in order to emerge to boost people's all-round de velopment.
