The workers and staff members in China have increas ed constantly. That is an obvious characteristics of the workers and staff member s who have changed at present. The constitution of them has changed in the fields of ownership, township enterprises and specialty. Their internal structure has different groups. The trend of its change has four orientations. They are very important problems of its change among workers and staff members at a new stage of the new era.
