在篮球运动向全、准、快及激烈对抗方向发展的今天,就如何在高校体育专项课上加强对学生篮球意识的培养,提高学生对篮球意识的本质、篮球运动规律的认识,从而提高篮球运动水平,进行研究和探讨。

Nowadays basketball is dcvcloping to the dircction of complctc,accuratc,quick and furious countcrwork.This article deals with how to strengthen the cultivation of students’basketball conscious- ness,how to improve the students’acquaintance of basketball consciousness and basketball rules in profes- sional and optional PE classes in higher schools,so as to improve basketball level.
