摘要
分别加入丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸羟乙酯或两者的混合体改性了水性聚氨酯 ,通过对改性聚氨酯的红外光谱 (FTIR)、热分析 (DSC)、X衍射以及物理性质的测试表明 :丙烯酸酯类单体之间以及与聚氨酯大分子链间产生了化学键作用 ;引入丙烯酸甲酯刚性好、韧性不足 ;引入丙烯酸羟乙酯则相反。引入二者一定比例混合体改性效果佳。
Waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by addition methyl acrylate or hydroxyethyl acrylate or the mixture of the two. The tests of FTIR and DSC and X -ray indicate the formation of chemical bonds among monomers and molecule chains of PA and PU. PU modified by methyl acrylate has good rigidity and PU modified by hydroxyethyl acrylate has good tenacity,mixture of the two can meet the need of synthesis product by adjusting the proportion.
