摘要
植物油与乙醇胺进行酰胺化反应 ,得到改性植物油 ,然后在 70～ 80℃下与磷酸化试剂反 4h ,使磷酸化改性植物油中的磷酸单酯 (MAP)含量在 70 %以上 ,再中和至 pH为 6 .5～ 7.5 ,最后复配成结合型加脂剂。该加脂剂用后革身柔软、不油腻、弹性好。
Plant seed oil is reacted with ethanolamine and obtained amidated plant seed oil, then at 70～80 ℃ reacted with the phosphorylating agent for 4 h to synthesize phosphate containing MAP of above 70%, followed by adjusting of pH to 6.0～7.0. The product is finally mixed into the coalescent fatliquor. Leather fatliquoured with it has soft and elastic but no greasy hands .
