胰岛素注射液启封后无菌保存期探讨

目的检测启封后普通型胰岛素注射液的无菌保存期 ,指导临床或病人使用胰岛素期限。方法将胰岛素启封后随机分为A和B组 ,A组每天用不同注射器反复穿刺 3和 1 2次 ,每天抽取 0 .3ml进行细菌学检测 ;B组隔天用不同注射器反复穿刺 3和 1 2次 ,并抽取 0 .3ml进行细菌学检测。检测 6 0天内的无菌保存期。结果在严格无菌操作下 ,两组胰岛素注射液在启封后 6 0天内均能保持无菌 ,与穿刺次数无关。结论从本试验结果可知 ,严格执行无菌操作 ,每天用 1ml注射器抽吸胰岛素注射液 ,启封后 6 0天内能保持无菌 ,与穿刺次数无关 ,所以家庭患者或医院使用胰岛素注射液时 ,在药物有效期内启封后 6 0天内使用是安全的 。

Objective To detect the asepsis storage period of insulin injection after seal removing,and to instruct the usage period of insulin during clinical practice. Methods the seal moved insulin injection were divided into group A and group B.In group A,the injection was punctured by different syringe three and twelve times per day.0 3 ml sample was collected each day for bacterial detecting.In group B,the injection was punctured by different syringe three and twelve times at one day interval.0.3 ml sample was collected for bacterial examination.The asepsis storage period were analyzed for the two group.Results Under the strict asepsis procedure,the seal removed insulin injection remain asepsis for 60 days,which has no relation with the time of puncture.Conclusions Based on this study,under strict bacterial free procedure and daily collecting of 1 ml insulin injection by syringe,the seal removed insulin injection will keep bacterial free for 60 days.It’s suggest that the seal removed insulin injection is safe for hospital and family use,and will avoid insulin waste and reduce the patient’s economic burden.
