摘要
研究目的:探讨南方丘陵地区土地整理的运作模式与方法,提高该地区土地利用效率。研究方法:实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法。研究结果:南方丘陵地区土地整理有鲜明的特色,具有多种多样的土地整理运作模式。研究结论:丘陵地区土地整理既要因地制宜,同时又必须机动灵活。
The purpose of the paper is to search for effective models of land consolidation to improve land use efficiency through a case study in hilly regio n in South China. Integrated approach of empirical and normative research was em ployed. The results indicate land consolidation in south China has clear charact eristics and diversified operating pattern. Land consolidation in hilly regions has to fit for local conditions and be flexible at the same time.
