应用电化学免疫传感器检测大片形吸虫抗原抗体反应的研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用电化学免疫传感器,以恒电位法检测了大片形吸虫的抗原抗体反应,结果表明,该传感器可应用于大片形吸虫的抗原抗体反应的检测,阳性血清与阴性血清的电流响应曲线具有明显的离散度;初步试验表明,该法的检测结果相对于ELISA检测结果,其符合率为83.3%;该法还具有操作简便、检测快速、选择性好等特点,测定一个样品用时不到1h,每测一个样品血清用量仅10μl,与羊等多种血清无交叉反应。 Antibody-antigen reactions of Fasciola gigantica were studied by using electrochemical immunosensor with the method of voltammretry.The results indicated the sensor can be used for detecting reactions of antigen and antibody of F.gigantica effectively.Positive sera can be distinguished easily from negative sera and other sera of F.gigantica effectively.Positive sera can be distinguished easily from negative sera and other sera of domestic animals by using this sensor.The preliminary experiment showed the results obtained by this method conforming to that of ELISA is 83.3 percentage.The operation of this method is simple and quick.It needs less than one hour for detecting one sample and only consumes 10 μl serum for one time.
