摘要
3S技术的广泛应用及信息技术的迅速发展,为草原火灾信息的获取、管理等技术的发展提供了技术支撑条件。我国自20世纪80年代开始应用遥感技术获取草原火灾信息,加快了草原火信息管理技术的发展,到90年代草原火灾信息获取、管理技术的研究进一步深入,并直接服务于生产实践。
Wide application of '3S'technology and rapid development of IT provide a techno-sustentation conditions for developing of the technique for obtainment and management of grassland fire disaster information.Since the eighties,the way of obtaining grassland fire disaster information by remote sensing technology has expedited the development of grassland fire disaster information management technique,and it entered a new developing stage of grassland fire disaster information management techniques in 1990s.
