摘要
阐述了数字图书馆概念及其基本特征,针对我国数字图书馆建设过程中存在的诸多问题,提出了数字图书馆建设相应的对策。
This paper expounds the conceptions and basic features of the digita l library, and in the light of the problems existing in the construction of digi tal library, puts forward some countermeasures.
