分析了城市社区的现状及高校图书馆在城市社区中的优势与作用,指出只有发挥图书馆自身优势,积极主动地为城市社区服务,才能提高高校图书馆的社会效益和社会效应。

This paper analyzes the present condition of the urban community, pu ts forward the superiorities and functions of the university library in the urba n community, and points out that only when the library plays the superiorities o f itself and provides active service for the urban community, can the social ben efit and social effect of the library of the university library be increased.
