闻喜县水资源开发利用存在问题及对策

Problems in the Development and Utilization of the Water Resources in Wenxi County and Countermeasures

针对闻喜县水资源极度贫乏,同时水资源开发利用又浪费很大,水环境恶化的现状,提出必须采取节水、蓄水、引水、依法治水等措施,才能使闻喜水资源开发利用走出困境。

In the light of the extreme leanness of the water resources in Wenxi County, the huge wanton profusion in the development and utilization of the wat er resources, and the present situation of the deterioration of the water enviro nment, this paper puts forward that only when we adopt water-conservation, wate r-storage, water-diversion, water-control by law other measures, can the deve lopment and utilization of the water resources in Wenxi County extricate from th e predicament.
