摘要
特许连锁经营在我国呈现迅猛发展的态势,是一种具有强大活力的经营业态,但由于缺乏可以借鉴的经验和相应的经营环境,其行业范围、经营规模、规范化程度等方面还存在着很多问题,与国际水准相比也有很大差距。鉴于这种状况,提出了我国在发展特许连锁经营业时应采取以下一些措施:一是注意培育可供转让的成熟品牌;二是采用现代化的管理手段;三是要建立和完善相应的法律法规。
The authorized chain operation, which develops rapidly in our countr y at present, is an operating state with strong activity. However, because of th e shortage of the experiences for reference and corresponding operation environm ent, there are many problems in its business scope, operation scale, normalizati on degree and other aspects, and a wide gap exists comparing with the internatio nal level. In the light of such a situation, this paper puts forward some measur es that should be taken in developing the authorized chain operation in China: t he first is to pay attention to cultivate some transferable mature brands, the s econd is to adopt the modernized managerial means, and the third is to set up an d perfect corresponding laws and regulations.
