阐述了家庭联产承包经营的局限性,介绍了农村专业经济合作组织的现状及存在问题,并对其今后的发展,提出了若干建议,指出政府应当积极参与和推动农业生产组织体系的变革,更好地为农业生产服务。

This paper expounds the limitation of the household contract respons ibility system with remuneration linked to output, introduces the present situat ion and existing problems of the rural special organization for economic coopera tion, puts forward some suggestions about its future development, and points out that the government should take active part in and promote the transformation o f the rural special organization for economic cooperation and serve better the a gricultural production.
