摘要
针对螺旋伞齿轮在渗碳淬火时极易发生平面翘曲变形和内孔椭圆化变形的问题,通过对工艺试验结果的分析和研究,得出了通过采取一对螺伞背靠背、加补偿片、螺钉对称紧固等措施,可以有效地减少螺伞的热处理变形的结论。
In the light of the problem of the plane warping deformation and int ernal ellipticalized deformation of the spiral bevel gear that easily happen in the quench-carburizing course, and through the analysis and research on technic al test results, draws a conclusion that the heat-processing deformation of the spiral bevel gear can be effectively reduced by adopting the measures of using a pair of spiral bevels of back-to-back, adding the compensating plate, symmet rically tightening of the screws, etc.
