The Regulation and Restriction to the M&A of TNCs in China Should be Strengthened

跨国公司并购国内企业,将成为我国利用外商直接投资的主要方式。跨国公司在华并购对我国经济发展既有积极作用,又有多方面的负面效应,如产生垄断、挤占市场、影响国家经济安全、造成国有资产流失等。所以,对跨国公司并购行为要采取有效措施加以规制,尽可能减小或消除其消极作用。

Merging and annexing domestic enterprises will be the leading form of China's taking advantage of FDI. The M&A of TNCs in China plays not only positive roles, but also brings negative effects, such as monopoly, grabbing domestic market, endangering China's economy, the drain of state-owned assets and so on. So the M&A of TNCs should be regulated and restricted with effective measure in order to decrease or get rid of its negative effects.
