我国农村工作“三个着眼于”指导思想探析

我国农村社会经济发展问题始终是事关全局的大事。在我国农村社会经济发展过程中,存在一系列影响和制约因素,成为农村经济发展、社会稳定、农民收入和生活水平提高和改善的障碍。对此,江泽民提出了关于农村工作的“三个着眼于”的指导思想。本文主要就“三个着眼于”指导思想的针对性和现实性及如何落实“三个着眼于”的指导思想,进行一些探索。

The issue of the rural economic development in our country has always been the most important matter. At present, there are a series of influencing and restricting factors, which have become an abstacle to the rural economic development, social stability and the improvement of farmers' income and living stardards. For this reason, Jiang Zemin has put forward the polerstar of 'three with view to' concerning the rural work. This article probes into the pertinence, reality and feasibility of the polestar.
