运用文献分析法,借鉴系统科学和管理学的基本理论与方法,结合多年教学管理的实践经验,从高校体育教学管理系统的基本特征、基本结构、管理的方法与手段3个层面分析研究了高校体育教学管理系统的特征与方法。

Applying documentation and the theories of systematic science and management,the author analyzed the characteristics and methods of the management system of college P.E. teaching from the aspects of the basic characteristics,basic structure and the methods and means of (management) on the basis of the experience of teaching management.
