A study on the sustainable development of the Chinese high-level athletic teams

就如何使高校高水平运动队可持续发展,从4个方面进行分析:第一,各上一级相关职能部门及学校领导,必须对高校办高水平运动队的发展目标和规划,进行认真的研究与决策。第二,结合自身现有条件,发挥优势,抓好运动队的建设。第三,既要上"水平"又要考虑"社会效应"。第四,学校领导在运动队可持续发展中起关键作用。

Four aspects were analyzed on the sustainable development of the college high-level athletic teams.The higher authority and leaders of each institution should carefully study the goals of the development and construct the teams with their own advantages.Both standards and social benefits should be considered.And fourthly,school leaders should play key roles in the sustainable development of the athletic teams.
