摘要
通过拳击周期训练的时间、内容、负荷安排及时期、阶段划分的分析研究,发现拳击高水平运动员身体训练在训练中占重要地位。一个训练周期分为准备期、比赛期、过渡期,应找出各训练期的具体训练方向和训练重点及运动负荷量和强度的安排。
Through an analysis of the time,content,load arrangement and division of period and stage of boxing cycle training,the authors found that body training of high-level boxing athletes played an important role in training.A training cycle is divided into periods of preparation,competition and transition and the specific training direction,training focus and the arrangement of sports load and intensity in each training period must be found out.
