摘要
传统的跳远助跑练习通常都是在有标志的环境下进行,为了能准确地踏上起跳板或标志,常常在起跳前几步调整步幅,虽然踏板准确,却损失了上板速度,破坏了合理的助跑节奏,最终影响成绩的发挥。针对这一问题,设计了一组无标志(板)助跑练习的方法,对练习者建立助跑动作的稳定感觉,自然形成适合于个人特点的助跑距离,建立节奏合理、水平速度快和跑跳相结合的动作感觉有着积极的意义。
The traditional approach practice in long jump is done with the mark board. In order to accurately step on the board or mark,the jumpers often adjust their steps before jumping. Though stepping on the board accurately,they lose their speed of stepping on the board and (disrupt) reasonable approach tempo and finally their results are not satisfactory. In view of the problem,the authors designed a series of practice methods for approach without mark(board) to help the jumpers establish the stable feeling of approach,fix their approach distance suitable for their individual characteristics,set up movement feeling of reasonable tempo,big horizontal speed and the combination of running and jumping.
