摘要
目的:评价各类抗肿瘤药物在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展及临床应用概况。方法:采用国内外相关文献进行分析与评价。结果与结论:目前抗肿瘤药物的发展进入了一个新时期,从天然植物药的开发(如紫杉醇),已发展到了基因治疗,免疫治疗以及新靶点药物,如以肿瘤细胞膜为靶点和以肿瘤血管生成为靶点等多项研究。可以预测,临床应用以及新辅助化疗进一步开拓等,肿瘤的化疗将在未来5年～10年内将得到更大发展。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the aspect of clinical usage and progress on different antineoplastic drugs in oncotherapy. METHODS: To collect medical literatures in recent years at home and abroad. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: At present, advance in antineoplastic drugs has already come to a new stage. It has developed from the exploitation of the natural vegetable drugs(Paclitaxel) to gene therapy,immune therapy and new target drugs, such as: the target on the membrane of tumor cells, tumor angiopoiesis. We can predict that with the development of clinical usage and new adjuvant chemotherapy, tumor chemotherapy will get further advancements in the coming 5 - 10 years.
