摘要
基于动态的结合面基础特性参数,研究了机床导轨结合部特性的有限元建模方法,并将其用于机床 整机的动态特性分析,为机床整机特性分析中结合部特性参数的确定提供了一种方法,使机床在图 纸设计阶段预测整机特性成为可能。首先给出了结合部单元的建模方法,然后通过一个实例,说明 了该方法的有效性。
The finite element analysis method of dynamic behaviors of the slideway joint is proposed based on the fundamental parameters at unit joint surface. As an example, it is applied in the analysis of the whole machine tool structure. The problem of determining the characteristics parameters of joints in machine tool is solved, which make it possible to predicate the dynamic behaviors of machine tools during design. Firstly, modeling method for joint element is given, then the validity of this method is comfirmed through an example.
