摘要
本文报道BSA SDS Ag聚合物纳米微粒的制备及水凝胶的性质。用X 射线衍射(XRD) .TEMFT IR光谱考察了这种聚合物微粒的表面结构 ,微粒粒径 42 - 80nm左右 ;用UV/VIS光谱及SEM考察了水凝胶的性质。研究了温度 ,pH值 ,反应时间和反应物浓度对BSA SDS Ag水凝胶形成过程的影响。表明Ag+离子先与BSA产生化学键合 ,再还原为Ag粒 。
Preparation of polymeric Nanoparticles and properties on BSA SDS Ag hydrogeles have been reported. The surface structure of the polymeric particles have been investigated by XRD. TEM. and FTIR, which with a diameter about 42-80nm. We also have studied the properties of the hydrogeles by UV/Vis and SEM. It is shown that the Ag particles are coated by BSA and SDS through chemical binding but not a simple physical absorption. The effects of temperature, pH, reaction time and concentration of the reactants on the forming process of polymeric hydrogeles have been also investigated.
