摘要
为解决鼓形齿可以有效降低机动车传动噪声但难以加工的问题.提出一种新的加工方法,即采用经过修形的径向剃齿刀来加工鼓形齿.径向剃齿刀修形量的计算是根据径向剃齿刀与被剃齿轮间存在的一一对应关系,用抛物线近似表示被剃齿轮的齿向鼓形量,得到加工鼓形齿轮的径向剃齿刀的最终齿向修形量.实验结果表明,由该修形量设计的径向剃齿刀可加工出鼓形齿轮,将其用于摩托车传动系统,可使摩托车达到降低行驶噪音,减少生产成本的显著效果.
Drum-type gear can reduce driving noise of cyclecar, but it is difficult to be processed. A new processing method is brought forward in the paper to solve the problem, which adopts the axial gear-shaving cutter that is modified to process drum-type gear. The final axial modification of the cutter is obtained to process drum-type gear with using parabola to represent approximately the modification of the drum-type gear to be shaved according to the one correspondence of axial gear shaving cutter and the shaved gear. The drum-type gear processed by axial gear shaving cutter of the modification can be used in drive system of motorcycle, which not only can reduce running noise very obvious, but also can lessen production cost.
